Demurrage & border watchdog
Free days counted from the day they start, and time-at-post counted per unit. You get told before it costs money, not after.
What it does for you
- Counts free days per carrier and per depotThe rules differ. We confirm yours in writing during setup, because being wrong here is worse than not counting at all.
- Escalates before the line, not after the invoiceDay three, while somebody can still do something about it.
- Carries a running Rand figureDays over multiplied by the daily rate, so the exposure is a number and not a feeling.
- Watches time-at-border per unitBeitbridge on day four is a different conversation from Beitbridge on day one.

Client status page
Each of your clients gets a link showing their own shipments, updated as your team updates them. They stop phoning. You stop repeating yourself.
What it does for you
- It carries your name, not oursYour branding. As far as your client is concerned, you built it.
- Each client sees only their own cargoScoped links, never a sequential number anyone can guess.
- Milestones, not a live mapStatus, not position. See what we don't do, below — it matters more than it sounds.
- Updates the moment your team updates the job

Delivery notes to invoice
Signed delivery notes captured on any phone at the point of delivery, timestamped and filed against the job instantly. The paperwork stops riding around in a cab for three days.
What it does for you
- Billing stops waiting for paperThis is a days-to-cash system. That is the only number worth judging it on.
- Three taps on a cheap AndroidDrivers are the hardest users there are. If it takes longer than that, it does not get used.
- Works with no signalIt queues and sends when the phone finds a tower. Delivery addresses are not known for coverage.
- Filed against the job, timestamped, searchableThe end of phoning a driver to ask where a POD went.

POPIA exposure check
You hold driver ID numbers, consignee contacts and signatures. That is personal information under POPIA, and it is your responsibility. One day of work and a written report of where you are exposed and what to fix first.
What it does for you
- Finds what you are holding and did not think aboutDriver IDs, signatures, consignee details, WhatsApp groups, that shared inbox.
- Ranks the exposureWhat would actually hurt, ahead of what merely looks untidy.
- A written report you can hand to a client or an auditor
- No systems access requiredIt is a conversation and a checklist. Nothing gets connected to anything.
Getting it running
Or all five, as one connected set
Everything above except the POPIA check, built as one system and rolled out over four to six weeks rather than all at once.
The full operation
Quote replies, the morning position, the watchdog, client status pages and delivery notes — sharing one set of data, so the watchdog knows what the delivery notes know.
R13 500 less than buying them separately.
Three steps, and none of them is an IT project
The thing operators expect — months, consultants, a system replacement — is not what this is. Pick one system, start there.
What happens
Terms, in full
- 50% to start, 50% when it goes live
- Monthly fees in advance30 days' notice, no minimum term, no exit fee.
- Month-to-month on everythingYour data exported and deleted on request. No lock-in.
- A POPIA operator agreement before anything movesSigned first, not eventually.
- All prices in Rand, excluding VAT
What we don't do
Just as important as the list above, and the part most operators want to hear first.
We stay out of customs
- We don't submit anything to SARS
- We don't classify, value or advise on entries
- We don't replace your customs or accounting system
You hold the licence and the records. We show status; we never touch the filing.
We don't publish where cargo is
- No live vehicle positions on any client link
- No shareable page showing where a load physically sits
- No release or collection authority
Clients see status, not position. Given what is happening on the roads, a public tracking link is a gift to the wrong people. We won't build one, and we would talk you out of it if you asked.
We come from your industry
What that means in practice
- You won't spend the first meeting explaining the basicsWhat a bonded warehouse is, what demurrage is, or why a unit sitting at Beitbridge for four days matters.
- Rokit's founder worked in freight forwarding before thisJohannesburg, City Deep.
- We know which of these is worth doing firstAnd we will tell you when the answer is none of them.
Small, and straight with you
- You deal directly with the person who builds itNo account manager, no ticket queue.
- Who this is forClearing agents, forwarders and transporters with roughly 5 to 40 people, one or two branches, and no IT department.
- If the person who feels the problem is the person who signs, you are exactly who we build for
